Jeremy Graddy, DPT
My name is Jeremy Graddy and I am the clinic manager at Advantage Therapy-Monett. I attended
Missouri State University to earn my bachelor’s degree in exercise and movement science and then went on to Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar for my doctorate in physical therapy. While in PT school I had the opportunity to treat patients in a variety of settings including traumatic brain injuries in Salt Lake City, helped patients recovering from strokes in Fayetteville, AR, treated patients in the hospital following joint replacement surgeries in Wichita, and had a rotation in Springfield, MO where I began learning manual therapy skills.
My desire to learn more manual therapy techniques is what led me to Advantage Therapy in 2015. You may find me in the South Springfield clinic and Ozark clinic, but the Monett clinic is my home base. As a physical therapist in a town full of manufacturing, I treat a variety of work-related injuries, but also treat patients for migraine headaches, sports injuries, and balance/vertigo issues.
I am certified in the LSVT Big Program – which is a physical therapy protocol designed to help people with varying levels of Parkinson’s Disease. Currently, I am reading books and articles on chronic pain and how patients can help themselves end the cycle of pain.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my wife (who is the marketing coordinator at Advantage) and our 2-year-old son. Occasionally I am able to sneak away to hunt dove, duck, turkey, and deer.
If you happen to see us at Farmer’s Park on Saturday mornings or at Bass Pro – be sure to say hi!
